Avocado Chicken Sandwich

  • 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 4 slices of your favorite bread, toasted

  • Lettuce leaves

  • Tomato slices

  • Sprouts (optional)

  • Mayonnaise or mustard

  1. Season the chicken breasts evenly with 1 tablespoon of Cowboy Crunch seasoning before grilling.

  2. Grill chicken until fully cooked and juicy, then slice.

  3. Spread mayonnaise or mustard on one side of each bread slice.

  4. On the bottom slices of bread, a layer of lettuce, tomato slices, grilled chicken, and avocado slices.

  5. Sprinkle the remaining Cowboy Crunch seasoning over the avocado.

  6. Top with the remaining slices of bread.

  7. Serve immediately for a flavorful lunch or dinner.
