Bama Blush Butter for Steaks


  1. Combine the softened butter, Bama Blush Brisket Spice Blend, and fresh chives in a bowl.

  2. Spread a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper on the counter. Place the butter mixture onto it and shape into a log.

  3. Roll up the butter inside the wrap, twisting the ends to seal.

  4. Refrigerate until firm. Slice and place atop grilled steaks, roasted vegetables, or warm bread.
