Bama Blush Butter for Steaks
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 tablespoon Bama Blush Brisket Spice Blend
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Combine the softened butter, Bama Blush Brisket Spice Blend, and fresh chives in a bowl.
Spread a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper on the counter. Place the butter mixture onto it and shape into a log.
Roll up the butter inside the wrap, twisting the ends to seal.
Refrigerate until firm. Slice and place atop grilled steaks, roasted vegetables, or warm bread.
