2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons Shawarma spice blend
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt, to taste
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, Shawarma spice blend, garlic, and salt. Add the chicken pieces, stirring to coat them well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat. Thread the chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.
Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
