Chicken Skewers - Golden Sunset Shawarma

Chicken Skewers

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 3 tablespoons Golden Sunset Shawarma spice blend

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt, to taste

  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, Golden Sunset Shawarma spice blend, garlic, and salt. Add the chicken pieces, stirring to coat them well.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat. Thread the chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.

  4. Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
