1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp Poultry Party spice blend
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, Poultry Party spice blend, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust.
