Ingredients:

2 lbs chicken wings, cleaned and patted dry

2 tablespoons   Beale Street Burst Memphis Spice Blend

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, mix chicken wings with olive oil, ensuring all wings are lightly coated.

Generously sprinkle   Beale Street Burst Memphis Spice Blend over wings and toss to coat evenly.

Arrange wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until wings are crispy and golden brown.

Beale Street Burst Memphis Spice Blend Grilled Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:

4 corn on the cob, husked

1 tablespoon Beale Street Burst Memphis Spice Blend

2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Brush each corn cob with melted butter or olive oil.

Ingredients:

4 pork chops, bone-in or boneless

Ingredients:

1 cup ketchup

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 Tablespoons   Beale Street Burst Memphis Spice Blend

2 tablespoons molasses

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon hot sauce (adjust to preference)

Instructions:

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once thickened, remove from heat and let cool.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Use as a baste, dip, or marinade!

 

Beale Street Burst Memphis Spice Blend Creamy Ranch Dip

Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

3 tablespoons   Beale Street Burst Memphis Spice Blend

2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Salt to taste, if needed

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream or Greek yogurt with the Beale Street Burst Memphis Spice Blend.

Add in chives and lemon juice, mixing until well combined.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. Great with veggies, chips, or as a topping for baked potatoes!

 

Beale Street Burst Memphis Spice Blend Spiced Honey Glaze

Ingredients:

1/2 cup honey

2 tablespoons   Beale Street Burst Memphis Spice Blend

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

In a saucepan, combine honey, Beale Street Burst Memphis Spice Blend, and apple cider vinegar.

Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Use as a glaze for grilled chicken, pork, or even roasted vegetables.
