Carolina Crown Crystals Short Rib Roast

3 lbs beef short ribs
1 tbsp Carolina Crown Crystals
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup beef broth
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
Rub the ribs thoroughly with Carolina Crown Crystals.
In a large oven-proof skillet, heat the olive oil and sear the ribs on all sides until browned.
Remove the ribs, add garlic and onion to the pan, and sauté until soft.
Place the ribs back in the pan, add beef broth, cover, and transfer to the oven.
Roast for about 2.5 hours or until the meat is tender.


Carolina Crown Crystals Brisket

5 lbs beef brisket
2 tbsp Carolina Crown Crystals
½ cup apple cider vinegar
2 cups water
Preheat your smoker to 250°F (121°C).
Generously apply Carolina Crown Crystals all over the brisket.
Mix water and vinegar and keep it ready to add moisture during the cooking process.
Smoke the brisket for about 6-8 hours, maintaining temperature and moisture with the vinegar mixture until the brisket reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C).
Rest before slicing.


Carolina Crown Crystals Beef Ribs

4 lbs beef ribs
2 tbsp Carolina Crown Crystals
2 tbsp barbecue sauce (optional for glazing)
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Rub the ribs with Carolina Crown Crystals.
Grill the ribs, covered, for about 1-1.5 hours, turning occasionally until cooked through.
In the last 10 minutes, brush with barbecue sauce if desired.


Carolina Crown Crystals Roasted Chicken

1 whole chicken (about 4-5 lbs)
1 tbsp Carolina Crown Crystals
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, halved
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
Rub the chicken inside and out with Carolina Crown Crystals.
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and stuff with lemon halves.
Roast in the oven for about 1 hour or until the juices run clear.


Carolina Crown Crystals Pork Tenderloin

2 lbs pork tenderloin
1 tbsp Carolina Crown Crystals
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub the tenderloin with Carolina Crown Crystals.
Mix honey and mustard and brush over the pork.
Roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).


Carolina Crown Crystals Seasoned Vegetables

4 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, zucchini, bell peppers)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Carolina Crown Crystals
Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
Toss the vegetables with olive oil and Carolina Crown Crystals.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for about 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.

Carolina Crown Crystals Shrimp and Grits

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp Carolina Crown Crystals
1 cup stone-ground grits
4 cups water
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Cook grits in water according to package instructions until smooth and creamy.
Stir in cheddar cheese and 2 tbsp butter until fully melted.
Season shrimp with Carolina Crown Crystals.
In a skillet, melt the remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
Serve shrimp over grits, garnished with green onions.

Carolina Crown Crystals Fried Chicken

4 chicken thighs and 4 drumsticks, bone-in, skin-on
1 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp Carolina Crown Crystals
2 cups all-purpose flour
Oil for frying
Marinate chicken in buttermilk and .5 tbsp Carolina Crown Crystals for at least an hour (preferably overnight).
Combine flour with .5 tbsp Carolina Crown Crystals.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Dredge each piece of chicken in the seasoned flour and shake off excess.
Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Carolina Crown Crystals Collard Greens

1 lb collard greens, washed, trimmed, and chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon Carolina Crown Crystals
3 cups chicken broth
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, and sauté until translucent.
Add collard greens and sauté for a few minutes until they start to wilt.
Add Carolina Crown Crystals and chicken broth, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for about 45 minutes or until greens are tender.
