Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tbsp. "Bring The Heat" spice blend

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

Vegetable oil, for frying

4 brioche buns

Mayonnaise

Lettuce

Tomato slices

Directions:

  1. Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally to make 4 thin cutlets.
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, "Bring The Heat" spice blend, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Dredge each chicken cutlet in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, then back in the flour mixture.
  6. Fry the chicken cutlets in the hot oil for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove the chicken cutlets from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  8. Toast the brioche buns.
  9. Spread mayonnaise on each bun, then top with lettuce, tomato slices, and a fried chicken cutlet.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy the heat!
