1 zucchini, chopped

1 yellow squash, chopped

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 can diced tomatoes

4 cups vegetable broth

2 tbsp. "Barazki Zopa" spice blend

Salt, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
