4 slices of sourdough bread
1 ripe avocado
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
4 Fried eggs
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Toast sourdough bread to your desired level of crispiness.
In a bowl, mash avocado and mix in Smoky Mountain spice blend, salt, and pepper.
Spread mashed avocado evenly onto each toast slice.
Top with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, fried egg, and cilantro.
