Avocado Toast - Smoky Mountain

Avocado Toast

  • 4 slices of sourdough bread

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 tsp Smoky Mountain spice blend

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 4 Fried eggs

  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

  1. Toast sourdough bread to your desired level of crispiness.

  2. In a bowl, mash avocado and mix in Smoky Mountain spice blend, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread mashed avocado evenly onto each toast slice.

  4. Top with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, fried egg, and cilantro.

  5. Serve immediately.
