Baked Potato - Viking Salt

Baked Potato


  • 4 large baking potatoes

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of No. 52 Viking Salt Spice Blend

  • Toppings of your choice (butter, sour cream, chives, cheese, bacon bits, etc.)


  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Wash and dry potatoes.

  • Poke several holes in each potato with a fork.

  • Rub potatoes with olive oil and season with No. 52 Viking Salt Spice Blend

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and cooked through.

  • Cut a slit in the top of each potato and gently squeeze to open.

  • Add toppings of your choice and serve hot.
