Baked Trout with Escape to Blue Ridge Seasoning
2 whole trout, gutted and cleaned
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 Tablespoons Escape to Blue Ridge Seasoning
1 lemon, sliced
Fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
Rub each trout generously with olive oil, inside and out.
Sprinkle the Escape to Blue Ridge Seasoning over the trout, making sure to also season the inside.
Place lemon slices inside each trout.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the trout is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
