Barbecue Pork Ribs
2 racks of pork ribs
1 Tablespoons Escape to Blue Ridge Seasoning
1 cup barbecue sauce (homemade or store-bought)
Preheat your grill to medium heat.
Rub the Escape to Blue Ridge Seasoning over the pork ribs, ensuring all areas are well-coated.
Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down.
Grill for about 1.5 to 2 hours, turning occasionally.
In the last 15 minutes of grilling, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
