Bavarian Beer Brats


  1. In a large pot, combine the bratwurst, onion, garlic, beer, and Kleindeutsch Bavaria spice blend.

  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the bratwurst are cooked through.

  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan. Remove the bratwurst from the pot and grill for a few minutes on each side, until nicely browned.

  4. Toast the buns on the grill, then serve the bratwurst on the buns with sauerkraut, mustard, and other toppings.
