Cascade Catch Smoked Shrimp Skewers


  • 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil

  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon Cascade Catch Seasoning

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika


  • Add Cascade Catch, smoked paprika, lemon juice, and olive oil to a bowl and mix well.

  • Place shrimp in a re-sealable bag. Add marinade over them. Toss well. Seal the bag. Allow it to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  • Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees F.

  • Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.

  • Place the shrimp skewers on the smoker grates. Close the lid. Smoke for 10 to 12 minutes.

  • Enjoy!
