Chimichurri Sauce with Bountiful Bahia Seasoning

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Bountiful Bahia seasoning

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Herbs:

  • Finely chop the fresh parsley and cilantro. Place them in a medium bowl.

Add the Garlic:

  • Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl with the herbs.

Mix the Ingredients:

  • Add the red wine vinegar, olive oil, Bountiful Bahia seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the bowl.

  • Stir everything together until well combined.

Season and Adjust:

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Let the chimichurri sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. You can also refrigerate it for a few hours or overnight for a deeper flavor.

Serve:

  • Serve the chimichurri sauce over grilled meats, and vegetables, or use it as a marinade.
