Cowboy Crunch Cheesy Toast

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices sourdough bread

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Colby, or a mix)

  • 1 teaspoon Oak City Spice Blends Cowboy Crunch seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce

  • Butter (optional, for spreading)

Instructions:

  1. Toast the Bread – Lightly toast sourdough slices in a toaster or under the broiler.

  2. Mix the Cheese – In a bowl, combine shredded cheese, Cowboy Crunch seasoning, and tomato sauce. Stir until evenly coated.

  3. Top and Broil – Place a heaping mound of the cheese mixture on each slice of toast.

  4. Broil Until Bubbling – Set under the broiler for 1–2 minutes, or until cheese is melted, golden, and bubbly. Watch closely to prevent burning.

  5. Serve Hot – Enjoy immediately for the ultimate crunchy, cheesy bite.
