Ingredients:
4 slices sourdough bread
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Colby, or a mix)
1 teaspoon Oak City Spice Blends Cowboy Crunch seasoning
1 tablespoon tomato sauce

Instructions:
Toast the Bread – Lightly toast sourdough slices in a toaster or under the broiler.
Mix the Cheese – In a bowl, combine shredded cheese, Cowboy Crunch seasoning, and tomato sauce. Stir until evenly coated.
