2 cups cooked Chickpeas
1/2 cup chopped fresh Parsley
1/2 cup chopped fresh Cilantro
1/4 cup chopped Onion
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 cup all-purpose Flour
Salt and pepper to taste
4 hamburger buns
Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, tzatziki sauce, or tahini sauce
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, onion, garlic, No. 94 Night Haven Spice Blend, flour, salt, and pepper.
Pulse until a coarse mixture forms, scraping down the sides as needed.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the falafel patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
Serve the falafel burgers on hamburger buns with your choice of toppings.
