Fluffy Hummus
1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas
3 tbsp tahini
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp Fluffy Za'atar spice blend
Salt to taste
Instructions:
In a food processor, blend chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, Fluffy Za'atar spice blend, and salt until smooth.
Adjust salt to taste and serve with pita bread or vegetables.
