Fluffy Za’atar Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Fresh pumpkin seeds from one pumpkin, cleaned and dried
2 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 teaspoons Fluffy Za’atar seasoning from Oak City Spice Blends
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Clean Seeds: After removing the seeds from the pumpkin, rinse them under cold water to remove any pumpkin residue. Spread them on a towel and pat them dry.
Season: In a mixing bowl, combine the cleaned pumpkin seeds, olive oil, and 2 teaspoons of Fluffy Za’atar seasoning. Mix well until all the seeds are coated.
Roast: Spread the seasoned pumpkin seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet. Ensure they are spaced out evenly for consistent roasting.
Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the seeds for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even roasting. The seeds are done when they are golden brown and crispy.
Cool and Serve: Once roasted, remove the seeds from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet. Taste and sprinkle with an additional teaspoon of Fluffy Za’atar seasoning if desired. Once cooled, transfer to a serving bowl.
