3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Wilde Garlek spice blend
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp cornmeal
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, instant yeast, salt, and Wilde Garlek spice blend.
Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp towel, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
Punch down the dough and shape it into a flat round on a greased baking sheet sprinkled with cornmeal.
Press your fingers into the dough to create dimples.
Drizzle olive oil on top of the dough and sprinkle with an additional Wilde Garlek spice blend.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
