Grilled Shrimp - Berebere

Grilled Shrimp


  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Berbere spice blend

  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  • In a mixing bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, Berbere Spice Blend, salt, & pepper.

  • Thread shrimp onto skewers.

  • Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through.

  • Serve hot with your favorite sides.
