Grilled Veggie Skewers

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, mushrooms, zucchini)

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions:

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  • In a large bowl, combine vegetables, olive oil, and the Vegetable Bliss spice blend. Toss to coat evenly.

  • Thread the vegetables onto the soaked wooden skewers.

  • Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender and lightly charred.

  • Remove from grill and serve immediately.
