Grilled Veggie Skewers
2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, mushrooms, zucchini)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons No. 53 Vegetable Bliss Spice Blend
Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine vegetables, olive oil, and the Vegetable Bliss spice blend. Toss to coat evenly.
Thread the vegetables onto the soaked wooden skewers.
Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender and lightly charred.
Remove from grill and serve immediately.
