Loaded Fries with The Cohort seasoning

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons The Cohort seasoning

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • 2 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled (not optional LOL)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Toss potato wedges with olive oil and spread evenly on the pan.

  • Roast for 30–35 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.

  • Sprinkle hot fries generously with The Cohort.

  • Top with cheddar cheese and return to oven for 2–3 minutes until melted.

  • Remove and finish with sour cream, green onions, and bacon crumbles.
