Ingredients (Serves 4)
4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons The Cohort seasoning
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup sour cream
2 green onions, sliced
2 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled (not optional LOL)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss potato wedges with olive oil and spread evenly on the pan.
Roast for 30–35 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.
Sprinkle hot fries generously with The Cohort.
Top with cheddar cheese and return to oven for 2–3 minutes until melted.
Remove and finish with sour cream, green onions, and bacon crumbles.
Why It Works
The tang of The Cohort cuts through the richness of cheese and sour cream, making these fries bold, balanced, and impossible to resist.
