Lowcountry Love BBQ Ribs
2 racks of pork ribs (baby back or St. Louis style)
Apple cider vinegar (for spritzing)
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
Generously apply the Lowcountry Love Southern Spice Blend to both sides of the ribs.
Let the ribs marinate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight, in the refrigerator.
Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F (107°C).
Smoke or grill the ribs for about 4-5 hours, occasionally spritzing with apple cider vinegar to keep them moist.
The ribs are done when they have a nice bark and the meat pulls back from the bone. Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
