Lowcountry Love Crusted Catfish
4 catfish fillets
2 tablespoons Lowcountry Love Southern Spice Blend
1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
Rub each catfish fillet with the Lowcountry Love Southern Spice Blend.
Let the fillets sit for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the grill or skillet to medium heat.
Brush fillets with olive oil or melted butter.
Grill or sear fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily.
Serve with lemon wedges and coleslaw.
