Oda Mae Seasoning

1. Oda Mae Grilled Steak

Ingredients:

  • 2 ribeye steaks

  • 2 tsp Oda Mae seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small pan, heat the olive oil over low heat and add Oda Mae seasoning, blooming for 1-2 minutes to release the flavors.

  2. Rub the seasoned oil onto the steaks.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.

  5. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.


2. Oda Mae Burger

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1.5 tsp Oda Mae seasoning

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Burger buns and toppings of choice

Instructions:

  1. In a small pan, heat a bit of olive oil over low heat and add Oda Mae seasoning, blooming for 1-2 minutes.

  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, bloomed seasoning, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.

  3. Form the mixture into patties.

3. Oda Mae Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 2 tsp Oda Mae seasoning

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small pan, heat a bit of olive oil over low heat and add Oda Mae seasoning, blooming for 1-2 minutes.

1. Saxon Silk Roasted Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken

  • 2 tsp Saxon Silk seasoning

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small pan, heat the olive oil over low heat and add Saxon Silk seasoning, blooming for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Rub the seasoned oil onto the chicken.

  4. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.


2. Saxon Silk Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced

  • 1.5 tsp Saxon Silk seasoning

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 cup snap peas

Instructions:

  1. In a small pan, heat sesame oil over low heat and add Saxon Silk seasoning, blooming for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce for 15 minutes.

  3. Heat the bloomed seasoned oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Add the chicken and cook until browned about 5 minutes.

  5. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs

  • 2 tsp Saxon Silk seasoning

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • 4 pork chops

  • 2 tsp Cowboy Crunch seasoning

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small pan, heat the olive oil over low heat and add Cowboy Crunch seasoning, blooming for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Rub the seasoned oil onto the pork chops.

  3. Preheat the grill or skillet to medium-high heat.

2. Cowboy Crunch Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs pork shoulder

  • 2 tsp Cowboy Crunch seasoning

  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions:

  1. In a small pan, heat a bit of oil over low heat and add Cowboy Crunch seasoning, blooming for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Rub the pork shoulder with the bloomed seasoning.

3. Cowboy Crunch Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1 pork tenderloin

  • 2 tsp Cowboy Crunch seasoning

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small pan, heat the olive oil over low heat and add Cowboy Crunch seasoning, blooming for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Rub the seasoned oil onto the pork tenderloin.

  4. Place the tenderloin on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  5. In a small bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard. Brush this mixture over the tenderloin during the last 5 minutes of roasting.

  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Ingredients:

  • 2 zucchinis, sliced

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1 cucumber, diced

  • 1/2 red onion, diced

  • 1 tsp Eastern Mediterranean seasoning

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
