We crafted this spice blend with pork in mind (because, well... the name!), but don’t let that stop you. It’s just as amazing on chicken and mouthwatering on beef. Whether you’re roasting ribs, grilling drumsticks, or slow-cooking a brisket—Pig Pickin’ Powder brings out the best in every bite.
It is mild and smoky, full of flavor, not fire and totally family-friendly

Mild Carolina Pulled Pork
Servings: 8 | Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 6–8 hrs (low & slow)
Ingredients:
4–5 lb pork shoulder
3 Tbsp Pig Pickin’ Powder
2 Tbsp yellow mustard or olive oil
½ cup apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).
Rub pork with mustard or oil, then coat with Pig Pickin’ Powder.
Place in a Dutch oven or wrap tightly in foil on a pan.
Roast 6–8 hours until tender and shreddable.
Rest, shred, and mix with optional vinegar.
Serving Tip: Pile onto toasted buns with vinegar slaw.

Mesquite Chicken Quarters
Servings: 4 | Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 45 min
Ingredients:
4 chicken leg quarters
2 Tbsp Pig Pickin’ Powder
1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F or heat grill to medium-high.
Rub chicken with oil, then coat with seasoning.
Bake 40–45 minutes or grill 35–40 minutes, turning occasionally.
Cook until internal temp reaches 165°F and skin is golden.
Serving Tip: Serve with mac & cheese or grilled corn.

Savory Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
1½ Tbsp olive oil
1½ tsp Pig Pickin’ Powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss wedges with oil and seasoning.
Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until browned.

Ingredients:
2 racks baby back ribs
4 Tbsp Pig Pickin’ Powder
Foil & baking sheet
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Remove membrane from ribs, pat dry, and rub with seasoning.
Wrap tightly in foil, place on baking sheet.
Bake 2½–3 hours until tender.
Finish on the grill for 5–10 minutes per side for char.

Ingredients:
2 cups diced potatoes (parboiled or pre-cooked)
1 cup corn kernels
2 tsp Pig Pickin’ Powder
1 Tbsp butter or oil
Instructions:
Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
