2 lbs Roast Beef
2 tablespoons No. 31 Kleindeutsch Bavaria spice blend
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 cup Beef broth
4 Carrots, chopped
2 Onions, chopped
4 Potatoes, peeled and chopped
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Season the beef roast with the Kleindeutsch Bavaria spice blend.
Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven or large oven-safe pot over medium-high heat.
Sear the beef on all sides until browned.
Remove the beef, add the vegetables to the pot, and cook until slightly softened.
Add the beef broth and return the roast to the pot.
Cover and transfer to the oven. Cook for about 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
