Sage & Nutmeg Pasta
1 lb pasta (fettuccine, linguine, or spaghetti)
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Poultry Party Spice Blend
1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
1 tsp nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Poultry Party spice blend, sage, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Cook, stirring constantly, until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Drain the pasta and add it to the saucepan.
Toss the pasta with the sauce until well coated.
Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and chopped sage if desired.
