Lemon Herb Butter

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tsp Poultry Party spice blend

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, lemon juice, parsley, Poultry Party spice blend, salt, and pepper.

  2. Transfer the butter mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap.

  3. Roll the plastic wrap into a log and twist the ends to seal.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator until firm.

  5. Slice into rounds and serve on top of grilled chicken, fish, or vegetables.
