Roasted Cauliflower


  • 1 head of Cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 1 tablespoon No. 55 Garam Masala - Southern spice blend

  • Sea Salt and Pepper, to taste


  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.

  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, Garam Masala - Southern spice blend, salt, & pepper.

  • Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
