Roasted Pork


  • 2 lbs Pork Loin Roast

  • 2 tablespoon No. 31 Kleindeutsch Spice Blend

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  • Season the pork loin with No. 31 Kleindeutsch Bavaria spice blend, salt, and pepper.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Sear pork on all sides, 2-3 minutes until browned.

  • Transfer the pork loin to a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  • Remove from the oven, rest for 5-10 minutes
