Roasted Potatoes


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil and Viking Salt spice blend.

  3. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast for 30-35 minutes or until tender and golden brown.

  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
