Roasted Vegetables - Viking Salt

Ingredients:

  • Assorted vegetables (such as potatoes, carrots, beets, turnips, parsnips, and onions)

  • Viking Salt seasoning

  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Wash and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Toss the vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle with Viking Salt seasoning.

  4. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  5. Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and caramelized, stirring occasionally.

  6. Serve hot as a side dish.
