Ingredients:
3 lbs pork shoulder or loin
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 onions, quartered
4 carrots, peeled and chopped
4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a small bowl, mix the Baden-Württemberg seasoning blend, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar. Rub this mixture all over the pork.
Place the pork in a roasting pan and arrange the onions, carrots, and potatoes around it. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
Pour the broth into the pan and cover with aluminum foil.
Roast in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, basting occasionally with the pan juices, until the pork is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes to allow the pork to brown. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
