2 tbsp. heavy cream
1 tsp. Viking Salt spice blend
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
Fresh chives, chopped
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and Viking Salt spice blend.
In a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat add butter and let it melt.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and stir constantly with a rubber spatula until the eggs are cooked to your desired consistency.
Sprinkle with fresh chives and serve hot.
