Recipe 1: Kiss My Yam Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 2 pork tenderloins (~1 lb each)

  • 3 tablespoons Kiss My Yam seasoning

  • 1/4 pound of bacon strips

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Rub pork tenderloins evenly with olive oil and Kiss My Yam seasoning.

  3. Wrap bacon around the tenderloin, and Roast tenderloins for 15 minutes.

  4. Mix apple cider vinegar and maple syrup, brush over pork, and roast another 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  5. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.


Recipe 2: Kiss My Yam Honey-Glazed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

  • 2 tablespoons Kiss My Yam seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Coat chicken thighs with olive oil and generously season with Kiss My Yam seasoning.

  3. Roast for 20 minutes. Combine honey and Dijon mustard; brush glaze over thighs.

  4. Roast an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.

  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.


Recipe 3: Kiss My Yam Candied Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons Kiss My Yam seasoning

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • ½ cup pecan halves (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Toss sweet potatoes with melted butter and Kiss My Yam seasoning.

  3. Spread evenly on baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.

  4. Drizzle maple syrup and pecans over potatoes, toss gently, and roast another 10-15 minutes until caramelized and tender.

  5. Serve warm and enjoy!


Recipe 4: Kiss My Yam Butternut Squash & Bacon Hash

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed

  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1½ tablespoons Kiss My Yam seasoning

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Remove bacon, reserving drippings.

  2. Sauté onion in bacon drippings until soft, then add squash cubes and Kiss My Yam seasoning.

  3. Cook over medium heat until squash is tender and lightly caramelized (about 15-20 mins).

  4. Stir bacon back into the hash, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.


Recipe 5: Kiss My Yam Roasted Carrots & Parsnips

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced into chunks

  • 1 lb parsnips, peeled and sliced into chunks

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1½ tablespoons Kiss My Yam seasoning

  • Fresh thyme for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Toss carrots and parsnips with olive oil and Kiss My Yam seasoning.

  3. Spread on baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, until tender and caramelized.

  4. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve warm.
