Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.

  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil and Tar Heel Tang Carolina Spice Blend.

  3. Thread shrimp onto skewers.

  4. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and are slightly charred.

  5. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
