Tar Heel Tang Grilled Shrimp
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons Tar Heel Tang Carolina Spice Blend
1 tablespoon olive oil
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Preheat the grill to high heat.
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil and Tar Heel Tang Carolina Spice Blend.
Thread shrimp onto skewers.
Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and are slightly charred.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
