Ingredients:

  • 1 lb unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 tsp Oak City Spice Blends Viking Salt

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and Viking Salt. Mix until well incorporated.

  2. Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Roll into a log or spread evenly into a silicone mold.
