Wilde Garlek Creamy Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until translucent.

  3. Add minced garlic and Wilde Garlek seasoning, sauté for another minute.

  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.

  6. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
