Bama Blush Brisket
1/3 cup Bama Blush Brisket Spice Blend
Your choice of wood chips for smoking (oak, hickory, or mesquite are popular choices)
Rub the brisket generously on all sides with the Bama Blush Brisket Spice Blend.
Allow the brisket to sit for at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator for flavors to penetrate.
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
Smoke the brisket, fat side up, for about 6-8 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 190°F (88°C).
Remove from the smoker and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Slice against the grain and serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
