Bama Blush Brisket


  1. Rub the brisket generously on all sides with the Bama Blush Brisket Spice Blend.

  2. Allow the brisket to sit for at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator for flavors to penetrate.

  3. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

  4. Smoke the brisket, fat side up, for about 6-8 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 190°F (88°C).

  5. Remove from the smoker and let it rest for 30 minutes.

  6. Slice against the grain and serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
