Bama Blush Roasted Potatoes
4 cups diced potatoes (such as Russet or Yukon Gold)
1 tablespoon Bama Blush Brisket Spice Blend
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil and Bama Blush Brisket Spice Blend.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring once or twice, until golden brown and crispy.
