4 beef steaks (such as ribeye or sirloin)
1 tablespoon Bama Blush Brisket Spice Blend
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
Rub each steak with a tablespoon of Bama Blush Brisket Spice Blend.
Let the steaks sit for at least 30 minutes to an hour to absorb the flavors.
Preheat the grill or skillet to high heat.
Brush steaks with olive oil or melted butter.
Grill or sear steaks for about 4-6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
