Beale Street Burst Grilled Corn on the Cob
4 corn on the cob, husked
1 tablespoon Beale Street Burst Memphis Spice Blend
2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush each corn cob with melted butter or olive oil.
Sprinkle Beale Street Burst Memphis Spice Blend generously over each corn cob.
Place corn on the grill, turning occasionally, until all sides are slightly charred and corn is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
Serve hot, possibly with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan or a dollop of butter.
