Grilled Steak - Oda Mae

Grilled Steak

  • 4 beef steaks (such as sirloin, ribeye, or flank)

  • 2 tablespoons Oda Mae spice blend

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix Oda Mae spice blend with olive oil to make a paste.

  3. Rub spice paste all over the steaks.

  4. Season with salt to taste.

  5. Grill steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach the desired doneness.
