Mediterranean Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

  • 1 egg

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, Eastern Mediterranean spice blend, egg, salt, and pepper.

  3. Mix until well combined.

  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.

  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  6. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 6-8 minutes.

  7. Transfer meatballs to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked.

  8. Serve with your favorite sauce or as a side dish.
