  • 6 cups vegetable broth

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon miso paste

  • 2 tablespoons Umami Fire seasoning

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

For the Ramen:

  • 4 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets if using instant ramen)

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (shiitake or cremini)

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 1 cup bean sprouts

  • 1/2 cup bamboo shoots, sliced

  • 1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • 4 soft-boiled eggs (optional, for non-vegan version)

  • Nori sheets, cut into strips (optional)

For Garnish:

  • Sesame seeds

  • Fresh cilantro or green onion tops

  • Red chili slices (optional for extra heat)

  1. Prepare the Broth:

  • In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Add the vegetable broth, soy sauce, miso paste, and Umami Fire seasoning. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Let the broth simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  1. Prepare the Toppings:

  • While the broth is simmering, prepare the mushrooms, spinach, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, and corn.

  • If using soft-boiled eggs, boil them separately for 6-7 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath. Peel and set aside.

  1. Cook the Ramen Noodles:

  • In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  1. Assemble the Ramen Bowls:

  • Divide the cooked ramen noodles into four bowls.

  • Ladle the hot broth over the noodles in each bowl.

  • Top each bowl with the prepared mushrooms, spinach, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, corn, and green onions.

  • If using, add a soft-boiled egg and nori strips to each bowl.

  1. Garnish and Serve:

  • Garnish each bowl with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro or green onion tops. Add red chili slices for extra heat if desired.

  • Serve immediately and enjoy the spicy, umami-rich flavors of your Umami Fire ramen.

  • For a five-star presentation, arrange the ramen bowls neatly with each topping artistically placed.

  • Garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and fresh herbs for a pop of color and flavor.

Enjoy this delicious and comforting Umami Fire spicy ramen, perfect for a warm and flavorful meal!
