Our Garam Masala isn’t just a spice blend; it's a fragrant story of India. Encompassing the warmth of cinnamon, cloves, and cumin, among others, it promises to infuse your dishes with an aromatic richness. Turkey Samosas with Oak City Spice Blend - Garam Masala Northern Seasoning

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, finely chopped

  • 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 tsp Oak City Spice Blends Garam Masala

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 4 tbsp oil + extra for frying

  • Water (for kneading)


Mix flour, salt, and oil for dough. Gradually add water and knead. Rest for 30 minutes.

Sauté cumin, chilies, and onions in oil. Add ginger-garlic paste.

Add turkey, potatoes, and spices. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Cool.

Roll dough into circles and fill with turkey mixture.

Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with chutney.

  • Vegetable oil for frying


In a bowl, combine the chopped turkey, mashed potatoes, parmesan cheese, parsley, Island of Montreal, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small oval rolls.

Dip each croquette into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the croquettes until golden brown on all sides.

Place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Serve hot with your preferred dipping sauce.

  • 1 cup leftover ham, diced

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon Oak City Spice Blends Herbs de Provence

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 cup grated cheese (like Gruyère or Swiss)

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Whisk flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, Herbs de Provence, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet and pour 1/4 cup of batter, swirling to coat the base. Cook until golden, flip, and cook the other side.

Fill each crepe with diced ham and cheese. Fold in half.

Return to skillet to melt the cheese slightly. Garnish with parsley before serving.

  • 1 cup leftover ham, diced

  • 3 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots

  • 1 teaspoon Oak City Spice Blends Lu Bao

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 2-3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 3 green onions, sliced

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok. Fry ham until slightly crispy.

Add beaten eggs. Scramble until set.

Add rice, peas, carrots, and pineapple and Lu Boa Seasoning. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.

Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil. Combine. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onions.

  • 2 cups leftover ham, diced

  • 3 cups potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Oak City Spice Blends Holy Smoke Seasoning

  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Fresh chives, chopped for garnish

  • Crispy Bason for garnish

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Melt butter in a pot. Sauté onions until translucent.

Add garlic and ham. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add broth and bring to a boil. Add potatoes and Holy Smoke Seasoning. Simmer until tender.

Mash some potatoes to thicken the soup. Stir in cream. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Garnish with chives and bacon.
